terms of service
✿ i reserve the right to decline any commission for any reasons —— ex: personal .
✿ i reserve the right to use any commissioned artwork for advertising purposes —— ex: promoting open commissions .
✿ all commissions , ych , and adopts are for personal use only —— ex: icons , headers , posted on profile / w credit . please inquire for commercial prices / rates .
✿ i don’t consent for my work to be used for AI , NFTs , cryptocurrencies or anything other that sorts . this will result in a blacklist if caught .
✿ please provide clear references of your character ( s ) —— ex: eyes , hair , clothing , accessories , etc . if you don’t have any artwork or references and would like me to design a new character , i will charge a character design fee if so —— ex: half price . ( picrews and such are allowed as reference ) .
✿ revisions are allowed during the sketch and line art phase . any further changes past that point will be $5 revision fee .
✿ payment will be taken upfront , in USD , and either through paypal or cash app .
✿ once payment is received , you will receive a link to my trello to keep track of your commission .
✿ the sketch phase will begin as well as revisions if necessary ( same for line art ) . once approved , i will continue with the rest of the commission until completion ( this doesn’t apply to ych and adopts ) .
✿ commissions will take around 2-3 weeks to complete ( this is an estimate timeline . it could go slower or faster depending on my schedule and job ) .
✿ once the commission is complete , refunds are prohibited .
✿ if unable to complete the commission due to any reasons , the commissioner will receive a full refund .
